Être mêle magie, science et art, entre le fossile ou le miroir noir censé isoler le sujet à peindre de son environnement au XVIIIème siècle. Outil optique, le miroir noir est également utilisé en diviniation pour prédire l’avenir. C’est cette ambiguité des objets que cherche à souligner l’artiste, dans une tentative de définition de notre rapport aux oeuvres.

Être mixes magic, science and art, and looks like a fossil or a black mirror, used by 18th century artists to isolate a subject from its environment. The black miror is used as an optical tool but also as a divination medium to predict the future. The artist is constantly looking for an ambiguity in objets, in an attempt to define our relation to works of art.
